Every feature. Any screen. One low price.
everyscreen is a digital signage CMS. Build a screen in minutes — layouts, playlists and scheduling — publish to the TV you already own, and it keeps playing even when the network drops.
No card, no spam — one email when we launch.
Runs on the screens you already have
Everything you need to run a screen
Compose it, schedule it, publish it, and see that it played — from one dashboard.
Multi-zone layouts
Split a screen into zones — a video panel here, a menu list there, a live ticker along the bottom. Design a layout once and reuse it across the fleet.
Scheduling & dayparting
Decide what plays when. Breakfast board till 11, lunch after, happy-hour at 5 — drawn on a weekly grid that simply runs, in your workspace time zone.
Images, video & playlists
Drag in photos and clips, order them into playlists, set how long each one shows. We transcode and serve everything, resized and cached per screen.
Proof of play
Every play is logged — what showed, on which screen, for how long. Filter by screen or date, see the trend at a glance, and export CSV for reporting.
Screen management
Pair a screen with a short code, group your fleet, watch health and last-seen at a glance, then push everything live with a single publish.
Health checks & heartbeats
Every screen checks in every 30 seconds, so you can see at a glance what's online, what's gone quiet, and when each one last reported. Lose the network and screens keep playing from their local cache, then pick up the latest the moment they're back.
Running a bigger fleet? Roles & permissions, SSO, audit logs, a full REST API, webhooks and white-label are included too — not upsells.
One CMS, every kind of screen
Menu boards, retail promos, reception and wayfinding, class schedules — the same building blocks, styled your way.
Schedule what plays, when
Draw a week on a grid and every screen follows it — in your workspace time zone, with a graceful fallback for any hour you leave open.
- Daypart by hour — a breakfast board, a lunch menu, an evening special
- Different plans for weekdays and weekends
- One workspace time zone — set it once, every screen follows it
- See exactly what's playing right now before you publish
Keeps playing when the network doesn’t
Reliability is the point. Players cache everything and keep running through an outage, publishes are atomic, and there’s always a last-known-good to roll back to.
Atomic publishes & rollback
A publish either lands completely or not at all — unplug the network mid-publish and the screen never blinks. One click rolls the fleet back to the last good version.
The cheapest player is your TV

Questions, answered
When does everyscreen launch?+
We're in pre-launch. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first to know — we'll only email you when it's time, no drip campaign.
What can I build with it?+
Anything you'd put on a screen: menu boards, retail promos, reception and wayfinding, class and event schedules, dashboards. Compose multi-zone layouts, drop in images and video, and schedule what plays through the day.
How does scheduling work?+
You lay out a week on a grid — different content by daypart and weekday — and every screen follows it in your workspace time zone. Change the schedule and it rolls out on the next publish; if an hour has nothing booked, the player falls back gracefully.
Do I need to buy hardware?+
No. everyscreen runs on the screen you already own — Samsung Tizen, LG webOS and BrightSign displays, Android / Fire TV boxes, desktops, Raspberry Pi, or any web browser.
What happens if the internet drops?+
Your screens keep playing. Players cache everything and run the last good content through outages, then sync automatically when the connection returns.
I'm on Samsung MagicINFO — can I move?+
Yes. Keep your existing Samsung screens (even the older ones VXT drops) and re-point a whole fleet with a serial / MAC CSV. No truck rolls, no re-buying displays.
